• Request details: selected products and quantities, project type, expected scale, timeline and description
• Technical data: a hashed IP address and browser type at submission (used only for abuse prevention and security auditing, not to identify individuals)

No account is needed to browse this site, and we do not collect identity documents, payment details or other sensitive personal information.

We do not use your information for marketing unrelated to the purposes above, and we do not sell your personal information.

To run the site and process forms we use the following categories of service provider, which process information only to the extent needed for the purposes above: cloud hosting in mainland China and email delivery. Your information is stored on servers in mainland China and is not transferred outside the country. Inquiry and request records are kept for at most 3 years after the last contact, for project traceability and after-sales support, and are then deleted or anonymised.

• Analytics: we store only daily aggregated page-view counts, without personal identifiers, IP addresses or precise timestamps
• This site does not load third-party advertising or tracking scripts; if Baidu Tongji analytics is enabled, this policy will be updated to say so
