Challenge
The customer wanted to launch a distributed Wi-Fi product under its own brand: EasyMesh-compliant for ecosystem compatibility, but with better multi-node meshing and steering than the standard implementation, and certified and mass-produced to the requirements of its overseas market.

Approach
- Selected a Realtek Wi-Fi platform and implemented the standard EasyMesh protocol stack
- Added self-organising node logic and automatic client steering on top of the standard
- Dual-band concurrency, backhaul scheduling, enclosure design and certification
- Full ODM delivery with mass-production support

Result
Delivered the finished product under the customer’s brand and created a reusable EasyMesh gateway platform — the origin of our Mesh & Router Gateway ODM solution.
