Application records and outcome feedback form a data flywheel, and k-anonymous cohort benchmarks show callback rates for people in similar situations; an interview-prep module generates questions from the candidate’s real experience. PIPL separate consent, AI-generated content labelling and in-country data handling are built in.

Does data from AI applications leave China?

By default we use models hosted in China and deploy in China, so data does not leave the country. If an overseas model is required, the customer makes that choice explicitly after a compliance assessment.
