A MediaTek + 4G server-room monitoring host and an STM32 integrated environment monitor, with network, RS-485 / RS-232 and digital inputs, monitoring temperature / humidity, smoke, water leaks, cable temperature, mains supply and USB status in real time from anywhere. Already used in carrier server rooms and security projects.

How long does a custom project take?

Typical ranges: requirements assessment 1 week, proposal and quote 1–2 weeks, hardware / firmware development 4–8 weeks, prototype validation 2–4 weeks, certification and pilot run 4–6 weeks. The actual schedule is confirmed at design review.

How do you handle after-sales support and firmware updates?

Mass-produced products come with OTA firmware updates and technical support; repairs and replacements are handled under the warranty period agreed in the contract.
