Challenge
Resumes are sensitive personal data. The product had to be useful while holding the line on compliance (separate consent, in-country data, AI-content labelling) and honesty (no fabricated numbers, no manufactured anxiety).

Approach
- Next.js full-stack monolith, three layers and a store facade, runnable without credentials
- Diagnosis gives only reasons and faithful rewrites; data flywheel: application records → outcome feedback → k-anonymous cohort benchmarks
- Compliance built in: separate consent, field-level encryption, short retention, explicit and implicit AIGC labels
- Design-system programme: token layer, dark mode, spec-guard tests
